The Saugerties Public Library remains one of the community’s most valuable educational and cultural resources, and the Kiwanis Club of Saugerties is proud to continue supporting its programming and outreach efforts.
At the club’s April meeting, Tiffany Lydecker from the library spoke to members about the wide range of services now available to the public. In addition to traditional books and research materials, the library offers e-books, audiobooks, e-magazines, museum passes, online learning opportunities, live author events, cooking demonstrations, estate planning seminars, language classes, and community lectures.
The library also lends unique items including a VCR, metal detector, pickleball sets, and bocce equipment, reflecting its growing role as a modern community resource center.
Following the presentation, the Kiwanis Club of Saugerties presented Tiffany with the club’s annual donation in support of library programming and services.

The Kiwanis Club of Saugerties is proud to support organizations that help educate, enrich, and strengthen the greater Saugerties community.
