The Kiwanis Club of Saugerties was proud to participate in this year’s Saugerties 4th of July Parade, joining hundreds of community members in celebrating Independence Day despite the summer heat.
Following the parade, the club hosted a special birthday celebration in honor of America’s 250th anniversary by providing free birthday cake for everyone at Cantine Field. The beautiful and delicious cake, created by The Meltaway Bakery, gave parade participants, families, and visitors a chance to gather together and continue the festivities.
The afternoon was filled with smiles, laughter, and plenty of cake as neighbors and friends celebrated this historic milestone for our nation.
